The BR Single Jointed Loose Ring Snaffle Soft Contact Magic System 16 mm gives experienced riders the flexibility of a jointed bit together with the control of an unjointed bit, in a slightly thicker 16 mm mouthpiece.
Its patented Magic System design prevents the mouthpiece from bending all the way, so it can't pinch the tongue or hit the palate. The anatomical shape follows the horse's mouth for an even pressure distribution, and the overall pressure is mild.
It's made of solid Cuprigan (89% copper, 7% aluminium, 3% iron, 1% zinc) with stainless steel rings. As the Cuprigan oxidises it gives a pleasant smell and taste, which encourages chewing and saliva production for a soft connection with a sensitive mouth.
The loose rings let the mouthpiece move freely, allowing plenty of movement in the mouth. That makes this one of the most easily accepted bit types.
