RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You have 5 working days to exchange, return or refund your purchase.
The items must have all their labels attached, be in perfect condition and with their initial packaging.
You have to present the purchase receipt along with the items you wish to return.
No returns or exchanges on supplements, treats, food products, bits, underwear and custom made orders.
Any returned items must be sent back to us at your own cost.

If you received a complimentary gift with your order from Ouma Horse, please note that the order is non-returnable and non-refundable if the free gift has been opened or its packaging has been tampered with.
